It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the store, but when you enter the door, the store has a nice atmosphere that feels like a secret base inside a cave. I ordered an assortment of smoked sashimi and a soft-boiled egg smoked highball. The sashimi itself is not smoked, but the soy sauce and olive oil are smoked. This is very delicious. The sashimi is fresh, but the aroma adds to the flavor. If you add olive oil and a little salt to the sashimi, it will taste like carpaccio. Soft-boiled eggs are also a great snack with a perfect smokiness. And smoked cheese. This is a must-order. A true impression of the store. It felt like they really put a lot of effort into making it, and it was very delicious. I get the impression that smoked food often has a ``smoky'' smell, but all of the dishes here had a well-thought-out smokiness, and the flavor of the ingredients matched perfectly. The atmosphere is nice, and it feels more like a bar than Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
