平日のお昼すぎ目指していたとんかつ屋が臨時休業していたため駅まで戻る途中のお蕎麦屋でかつ丼セット1000円をオーダー
先客3名は既に配膳済なので私の料理もさほど待つことなく提供された
提供されたが、、、これ焦げてない？
かつ丼が何やら焦げた感じが
う〜ん。
一口その部分を食べてみるとやっぱり焦げ臭い 苦い
まあ、全部焦げてるわけでもなく食べれる範疇なので食べ進めることに
蕎麦は細めの蕎麦でコシもあり喉越しも良くこれは美味しい 量もそれなりにある
この焦げさえなければ
残念で仕方ない
焦げてない部分のかつ丼は美味しくいただきました
作っている人も見た目でわかるくらいなので作り直す選択肢も考えてほしかった
