今日の夕飯は立食いそば。
今日は大井町駅近くにある「ゆで太郎」。
品川のあちこちにあるみたい。
頼んだのは天玉そば４３０円。
挽きたて、打ちたて、ゆでたての三つのこだわりあると店の中のポスターにあった。製粉所で挽いて、店で打つらしい。
立食いなのにここまでやるなかぁと、、、。
で、味は？
ん〜、まあまあかなぁ。
立食いにしては、うまいと思う。
これは、二八なのかなぁ。
そばなんだけと、歯ごたえ・喉越しがそうめんみたいな感じがした。
