早朝6時からやっているのはうれしい．
品川シーサイドの方は7時からだから．
ここの揚げ玉は既製品のようだった．
天ぷらを揚げているときにできる天かすとはと違っていた．
それがイマイチだった・・・

最近はゆで太郎システムばっかりだったので，久しぶりの信越系ゆで太郎．
青物横丁駅の方の信越系もあるにはあるのだが・・・
昔は広く感じた大井町店も，システム系店舗に比べるとやはり狭さを感じてしまう．
だからと言って窮屈さは全く感じない．
久しぶりの信越系で，もりを頼んでみた．
細い蕎麦のシステム系とは違い，若干だけど太め．
昔では考えられない信越系も，茹でたてで提供してくれた．
この日は，ゆで時間も完璧で，しっかり氷水で締めてくれていたせいか，冷たくて旨い！
つゆもシステム系とはちょっと違うような，若干甘目だけどわさびに良く合うつゆ．
これ毎日提供されたら，毎日来ちゃうな～・・・笑
