大井町周辺でもんじゃ焼き屋さんを探していたところ、こちらのお店しかヒットせず。
唯一のお店なのかしら？
今回初めてお邪魔しました。
初めて来店のお客さんにはしっかりと丁寧にお店のウリを説明してくれました。
また商品の案内も上手で、じゃあそれもらおう。となるような好印象な接客でした。
とても気持ちよく食事ができました。
もんじゃの写真しか撮ってませんが、おつまみでいただいたのは以下の通り。

お豆腐、絶対食べてみてほしいです！
これはもう和風のチーズ！
くせになる味でした。
小サイズにしてしまったことが悔やまれるほど…！w
もんじゃは比較的オーソドックスなものを頼みました。
鉄板は最初弱火になってるので、作る時は少し火を強めた方がいいと思います。
もんじゃの後半って煮詰まってしまって、味が濃くなりがちですが、こちらはそうならずに最後までおいしく食べられました。
もんじゃに紅ショウガ入ってるの珍しいなーと思ってたんですが、めちゃくちゃおいしかったです( *´艸｀)
