粘度が高い魚介系つけ麺
濃厚で、麺もしっかりした感じ。
突出してコレがいい！！という事はないです。
当たり前に美味しく作る。といった感じでしょうか。
外の看板の電気がついてなく、先客もいなかったが営業時間内だったので思い切って入店。
お店に入った時に店員さんからチラッと見られて何も言われず、あれ？まだ営業してないのかなと勘違いしてしまったが営業中でした。その対応がちょっと残念でした。
