店内が薄暗いので『営業してるの？』となりました。
そこまで薄暗いわけではないですが、周辺のお店に比べるとちょっと。。。と言う感じがあります。
煮干し系と魚介系があり、最近煮干しつけ麺で肩すかしを食っていたので、鉄板の魚介つけ麺を注文。
ありがちですが、普通も大盛もお値段変わらず。小麦粉の価格が上がっている現状でこれは豪胆だなと。
最近利用したつけ麺屋さんとの違いは、麺にレモンが添えられていること。レモン絞るとさっぱりした感じがして美味しいです。
スープは濃厚です。三田製麺に近いか、大勝軒にも似てる気はします。どっちでもいいです。自分にとって美味しければ。
具材はメンマちょびっと、角切りチャーシューがちょっと、海苔一枚、この辺は少ないと思いますが、価格を考えると文句は言えません。
＋でお金払って全部盛りにしろと言う話です。
僕は割スープはあまり使わずに、濃厚なスープのまま最後にいただくのが好きですが、そうじゃない方のために割スープの案内があると初めての方にも優しいかもです。
