コースで予約しましたがいくつか単品で注文しました。ドリンクは飲み放題に出来るというので2,200円プラスしてお願いします。
最初からスタッフがついて一品ずつ部位の説明をしながら焼いてくれます。これは塩でとかわさびでとか食べ方を教えてくれます。スタッフの感じも好感が持てます。溶岩焼きというのも面白いです。直接火が当たらないので焦げたり煙臭くなることもなくて肉の味がよくわかります。レバー、肉寿司は最高でした。
