精肉店が経営する肉料理専門店
近所に住んでいる為、駅に向かうたびに看板を見ていましたが、初来店しました。
精肉店が経営する店という事で安く上質の肉で食べれる店という事で期待していきました。
昼のランチでハンバーグを食べました。外はカリっと中はジューシーな肉汁あふれるハンバーグを期待していましたが、
期待に反して、どちらかというとぼそっとして肉汁は出てきませんでした。肉自体の味は美味しかったのですが、
感動という点ではちょっと物足りませんでした。
ハンバーグなら五反田のミート矢澤によく行っているのですが、そちらとどうしても比べてしまいます。
値段もちょうど１０００円前後位なので私の好みはミート矢澤のほうでした。店は近いだけに残念です。
あとバーのようになっている内装も落ち着かなくて好きではないです。
一人なのでカウンター席に案内されましたがグラグラして落ち着かないです。
なんか早く食べて早く出ていかなきゃならない感があってそれも落ち着かない原因の一つのようです。
又、機会があれば行ってみたいと思います。

久々に大井町来たので、ハンバーグ食べに来ました。
肉肉しいハンバーグ好きなので楽しみです。
今回は大田原牛のハンバーグにしました。
ちょっと柔らかめのハンバーグで甘味が有るのかな？
正直、そんなに差は分からなかったです。
肝心のハンバーグソースは淡路島さんの玉ねぎソースなのですがデミグラス要素が多めになっていてちょっと残念でした。玉ねぎの甘さが前面に出ていた美味しいソースというよりデミグラスソースになっていました。
前に来た時の感動は無かったですが、まあ美味しいハンバーグだと思います。
