Two people visited on a weekday Friday at 13:00. There are 2 round tables for 8 people, 1 table for 6 people, and 7 tables for 4 people. Ashtrays are placed at each table and smoking is permitted. It's a little past lunchtime, but about 70% of the tables are occupied. A number of office worker-like customers continued to come to the store until almost 2:00 pm, perhaps because they were on a staggered lunch break. I ordered (10) Dandan noodles for ¥770, my companion ordered (E) stir-fried Chinese cabbage and vermicelli for ¥550 (¥720 becomes ¥550 after 13:00 on weekdays), and for sharing (1) Hong Kong-style fried rice for ¥870. . Lunch menu items 1 to 11 come with soup, Small dish, and dessert. A to E come with rice, Small dish, and dessert, with free refills of rice and soup. After your meal, you will also receive a mini cup of coffee. Dandan noodles for ¥770 were served in about 9 minutes, Hong Kong-style fried rice in about 18 minutes, and stir-fried Chinese cabbage and vermicelli in about 24 minutes. There is a limit to providing individual services. The ingredients for Dandan noodles are meat miso, bean sprouts, bok choy, and green onions. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The soup is a tangy soup of sesame seeds and chili oil, but the chili oil melts into the soup, giving it a slightly spicy level. The amount of noodles is about the same as a large serving at a regular restaurant. The taste is also delicious. The ingredients for Hong Kong-style fried rice include squid, shrimp, lettuce, egg, green onion, and small pieces of fried bacon-like meat. Although it has a light seasoning, it has a lot of ingredients and is quite filling. The portion is about the same size as a regular restaurant. Even though it was meant to be shared, my companion only tasted it and I had the rest. Even though I'm a relatively big eater, I was satisfied with just this amount. (Of course, since it's almost 2 servings) Smoking is allowed and the portion is perfect, so it's no wonder that 90% of male office workers smoked. On the other hand, it may be a bit of a harsh environment for people who don't like smoking.
