入口で食券を買う（メニュー選択後、下の決定ボタンを押す）。食券は受け取りカウンターへ。 |
ジュネーブ平和通りを下り、旧東海道を過ぎて右側にあるウドンの有名店。早朝から営業ですが、土曜日朝は空いていると認識しており、９時に先客は無く、「チケットの買い方」３ステップを良く読んで、領収書の取得方法は推測で対応し、坂を下りながら心に決めた「ぶっかけうどん」350円の食券を購入します。「お盆を右におろして食券をのせてコチラでお待ち下さい」に従い、「軟水チェック６時、11時、16時、21時」の意味を思案しながら待ち、２分でお盆に載せられた「ぶっかけうどん」をテーブル席に運び、卓上の揚げカス、生姜を足してズズ。麺は好きな讃岐風です。揚げカスは残念なカス。有料のトッピングが良かったかも。「口をふいたゴミは捨てて下さい」の「ゴミ箱」に紙ナプキンと食券を捨てて「持ち帰り受付」の横の「返却口」に下げ膳して、所要時間７分でした。
