入口で食券を買う（メニュー選択後、下の決定ボタンを押す）。食券は受け取りカウンターへ。 |
とり天ちくわ天を注文しました。
朝九時頃訪問。
外の券売機で券を購入し店内のカウンターに山積みされているおぼんをとり、そこへ食券をおきカウンター前で待ちます。
間もなく提供。
こちらは立食いではなく席ありなのでうどんを持って着席。
麺は良い意味で柔らかく、私はコシがある麺は好きではないので好み。
出汁は少し濃いめに感じた。
とり天、ちくわ天がどんぶりにインされて提供されるので、衣が汁を吸っていて、且つ衣が汁に溶け出しており純粋な味がわからない状態。
つまり汁が少ないのだと思う。
かけうどんを注文して別添えにした方が良いかと思った。
店員さんは作り手、接客、すべてが海外の方でした。
