大井町まで来たのだから「麵屋のスた」さんでラーメンを啜ろうと思っていたら、もう随分とお休みしている様子で諦めたところに此方のお店が現れました。
稲尾揚げって新潟の名物らしいですね。初めて頂きました。お店で揚げているのでしょうか熱々です。厚いあぶらげにそばつゆが染み込み、噛むとじゅわっとそばつゆが広がると共に大豆の香りがします。ぶ厚いからこそ味わえる食感とお味です。
今回、ぶ厚いあぶらげには太打ちが良いかと太い蕎麦を選びましたが、細いお蕎麦も良いかなぁと頂いた後の感想です。
美味しいお蕎麦、ご馳走さまです。
