ラーメン店の激戦区大井町において、塩ラーメンの存在感を際立たせているという噂を聞きつけて行って来ました。
駅からは徒歩5分程度でしょうか。
平日の17時半過ぎに訪店。
先客は1名のみでカウンター席の奥の方に通されました。
▪️味玉塩ラーメン
注文してから5分程で着丼。
カウンター越しにチャーシューを炙っている姿が確認出来たため、ハードルは上がる。

麺は細くてツルツルで、これがまた塩味に良く合います。味玉もこれまた塩味に合う！
あっさり塩ラーメンというのは何故、こんなにも罪悪感がないのでしょう。

チャーシューが載っているだけかと思いきや、下の方に出汁が染み込んでいます。替え玉よりもこちらを一緒に注文することをオススメします。
