This is a yakitori restaurant about 3 minutes walk from Tachiaigawa Station. As soon as you enter the store, there are counter seats for about 6 people and table seats in the back. On this day, there were two men and one woman working at the counter kitchen. The woman suggested the counter and we sat down. There was a Hoppy poster, so we ordered. It came out with a shovel of ¥3oo. ○Macaroni salad ¥3oo... Contains corned beef, it's not watery, and has a rich and well-seasoned flavor. It has the shop's original handmade feel. ○Yakitori - Liver, Hatsu, Negima ¥18o...You can choose the sauce and salt and order each piece individually. It's well-cooked, the size is reasonable, and it's delicious. The grilled pork is good, but I felt that the chicken had a gentler, deeper flavor. ○ Stew ¥5oo...It's soy sauce-based and contains vegetables such as daikon radish, as well as konnyaku, so it's loaded with ingredients. It makes sense that it is recommended by the store. All of them were delicious without any omissions. I didn't notice it at first, but there is a menu recommended by the restaurant. Judging from the food we received this time, it looks promising. I would like to try it next time. Also, on the wall of the counter seats, there is a list of photos of female idols from the Showa era, so if you like them, you should definitely check them out. that's all.
