こちらはたしか3回目の入店。
テキーラメスカル界では著名な伊藤さんのお店。
彼女がゲストバーテンダーとしてよく参加されている「沖縄テキーラメスカルサミット」にも一度行ってみたいものです。
メスカリータをまずはいただく。
最近はメスカルばかり飲んでますが、テキーラも同様に奥深いんだよねぇ。お任せしたブランコ（熟成ほぼ無し）がとてもエモい。写真無し…
ズラーと並ぶテキーラやメスカルのボトルを眺めてるとワクワクが止まらなくなりますね。
彼女主催の鮨とテキーラのペアリングイベント、「鮨テキ」が面白そうで、参加してみたい。
