本日のディナーはコチラへ。飲み屋街を歩いて3階にあるお店です。
まずは、生ビールで乾杯。
お通しはクラッカーと牛タンのリエット
お通しから牛タンを味わえます。
ラヴィス ディピンティ ピノ,ノワール
比較的軽めのワインです。
厚切り芯タンの炭火焼き
綺麗な焼き色をした牛タンです。葱をたっぷりと巻いていてだきます。柔らかいタンが噛めば噛むほど味を出してきます。
ガーリックシュリンプ
香りがいいガーリックシュリンプが5個あります。
レモンを絞ってマヨネーズを付けていただきます。
シュリンプの味付けが抜群で何個でも食べたいと思える料理です。
アンチョビキャベツ 熱々の鉄板に乗せられたアンチョビキャベツです。ペッパーが効いています。
濃い目の味がお酒によく合います。
炙りタンスモーク お皿一面にタンがひかれています。若干甘めをながら酸味を感じます。さっぱりとして美味しいです。
フライドポテト アンチョビソース
バターの香りを感じしっかり揚げられポテトです。
サクサクの食感で箸が止まりません。
牛タンボロネーゼピザ 〆の一品として注文しました。熱々でモチモチのピザ。牛タンをたっぷりと使われたボロネーゼは他では食べられないピザでした、
様々なタン料理を味わえるので、タンに飽きることなくいくらでも食べられました。
