駅周辺は庶民派なお店も結構あるみたい。
大井町の商店街は

サラリーマンの味方のお店が立ち並んでいて

その商店街を少し進んだところにある
串カツ田中さんのビルの３階に
牛タン ふかざわ
ありました。
３階まで階段をせっせと登って入ったお店は
大きな牛がお出迎えしてくれました
個室がたくさん用意されていて
密会もできそうな
おしゃれな空間で

なんでベロ大根なんだろっって
牛タンのお肉と
大根だから なんですね。
タンはとろけるほどやわらかくて
やさしい薄口の出汁でしっかり染み込んだ
大根は最高のおつまみ。

スペインのワインで バランスのとれた
果実味あふれるワイン。
やさしく飲みやすいワインと合わせました。
お店のイチオシ 厚切り芯タン
は外せません。
★熟成厚切り芯タンの炭火焼 1,380円
非常に柔らかジューシーに焼き上げられていて
肉厚な芯タンがたっぷり
贅澤に頬張れます。
★炭焼きタン元ステーキ1,680円
分厚いステーキのようなタン元を
くきわさびと塩でさっぱりといただきます。
ワインは

わずかに甘くなめらか
かつしっかりとした味。
★ワインに合う鴨肉ギョーザ 780円
牛タンのみならず、
鴨肉のお料理も絶品だと思った
この鴨肉ギョーザ。
甘辛マスタードと、バジルソースをつけていただく
洋風な餃子は
ワインと本当によく合います。

牛タンのそぼろもたっぷり、で
めちゃめちゃおいしかった。

時の経つのも忘れてしまって。
