牛タンの専門店です。
これも牛タンですか！というくらい、メニューはほぼ牛タンです。牛タン好きな人にはとってもオススメ！
そして、お酒のメニューも充実していて、特にワインは充実。
ワインと牛タンを手頃な価格で楽しみたい人向けのお店です。
まず一杯目は、
スパークリングワインで乾杯です。
お通しは、いぶりがっこのクリームチーズ乗せ
美味しいお通しですが、まだ牛タンは出てきません。
サラダは温泉卵とシーザーサラダ。
まだまだ牛タンは出てきません。
そしてとうとう牛タン登場。
牛タンの唐揚げ！
見た目は牛タンに見えませんが、食べると牛タン！揚げても牛タンて美味しいのですね！
牛タンの唐揚げ、食べる価値あります。
牛タンボロネーゼのチーズ焼き
これも食べないと牛タンだと確認できませんが、赤ワインとぴったり合うのですよー！
チーズ、マッシュポテト、牛タンがとっても良いハーモニー出してます。

牛タン元ステーキ
厚切り芯タンの炭火焼き
どちらも鉄板に乗って、アツアツのじゅうじゅうで湯気を上げて出てきます。
炭火焼きとステーキ、何が違うかというと、まず、香ばしさ！ステーキはにんにくチップが香ばしく、炭火焼きはまさに炭火焼きのシンプルさがそのままでもイケるほど。
そして、タンの部位の違いによる、絶妙な食感の違い。これは、タン好きな人なら納得の、ただ柔らかいだけではなく、シャキッとした歯応えがする感じ。前歯でサクサクと噛み切って食べられる気持ちの良い食感です。
交互に食べると、違いがわかりやすいですね！
