【俺のイタリアン5️⃣1️⃣大井町駅の高評価店と俺との相性❗️
東京都品川区大井町にあるイタリアン。
ずっとBMしていたが漸く行ける日が来た。 大井町駅から徒歩2、3分位の駅近店です。
★結果から語るとこのお店は自分には合いませんでした。
オーダーはパスタとメインがつく3200円のコース。
2️⃣コーン、ベーコン、玉ねぎのトマトソースパスタ。
コーンがやけに主張していて甘ったるい。
お子様パスタぽく小さな子供は喜びそうだ。
コーンは少量でも料理全体を支配してしまう力があり中々難しい食材なのかなと思った。
1️⃣ワラサのスープ仕立て
これがその日の固定メイン。
画像をみるとお分かりだろうがワラサのポーションが小さい。
プチトマトの大きさと比較すると分かりやすいと思う。
全体のポーションも少なくインパクトに欠ける。
メインというよりは小料理という感じ。
魚のスープ仕立てはメジャーなレシピでイタリアン、フレンチでも食べる機会が多い。
マダイ、メダイ、クロダイ、ソイ、スズキ、コショウダイ、ナイルパーチが多くワラサ(ブリの若魚)は少ないと思う。
青魚自体少ない。
青魚は癖があるので色々難しいのかもしれない。
ワラサは年間100匹以上釣りあげ色々なレシピで食べるがこちらの料理はイマイチに感じた。
味にまとまりがなく自分には合いませんでした。
3️⃣デザート これもポーション小さく一口サイズが四個。
どれも凡庸に感じた。

Location Oimachi Station, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo Weekdays Tabelog 3.55 ------------------ First hit when searching for (Oimachi Station Italian Cuisine ranking) A store to do. Oimachi Station, along with Omori Station, Kamata Station, and Kawasaki Station, is an area with few Western Cuisine style restaurants. There are few Italian Cuisine, but even fewer French cuisine ones. On the other hand, there are many bars, Ramen restaurants, and Chinese restaurants around town. That's the kind of area it is. Our restaurant is large with 35 seats, making it a valuable presence in Oimachi, where there are few Italian Cuisine restaurants of this size. The interior of the store is spacious and has a counter, private rooms, and table seats, making it very convenient. I often use it for business lunches. It has a good atmosphere and is welcomed by others. The order is Lunch A course: appetizer, pasta, dessert, and cafe for 1,900 yen. The food is good at best (the taste is liked by everyone) and at worst (the taste is passable like the greatest common denominator). It lacks a bit of punch and impact for me. However, the purpose of many restaurants is to please customers by offering dishes that cannot be made at home. I don't think the original purpose was to give an impact or punch to one eccentric customer. So this is fine. If it matched my tastes, it would be a completely different store. The number of customers is good...I don't think there will be any problems at all. The end
