週末のこの日は生鮮食品の品揃えが充実している大井町の成城石井に買い出し。ランチは面倒なので同じ駅ビル内6階レストランフロアにあるこちらのお店に伺ってみました。
ニュートーキョーが運営する和食のお店で西京味噌や金山寺味噌、酒粕に漬け込んだ自家製漬け魚がウリ。同系列同ブランドのお店は京都駅にもありますが、メニューは全く違うようです。
12時くらいの訪問でしたが、50席弱の店内にお客さんは2～3割の入り。お店の方に案内されて奥のテーブル席に着きました。内部は京都感は無くて普通に定食屋か居酒屋のような雰囲気です。
席に向かう途中、厨房の通路側に焼いた漬魚やサンマが並んでいるのを発見。どうやらこちらは下焼したものを仕上げして提供しているようです。そんなに混んでいないのに、ちょっと残念な感じ。
ランチの定食メニューは漬け魚が数種類、肉の味噌漬等が数種類とそれらの組み合わせというラインナップです。中から漬魚三種の「あわせ膳」1600円をお願いしました。この日の三種は鮭の金山寺味噌漬、黒むつの粕漬、ほっけの西京味噌漬だそうです。
待つこと7～8分ではじかみ添えた三種の漬魚、サラダ、小鉢、ご飯、漬物、味噌汁が届きました。
漬魚はどれもしょっぱ過ぎず、甘過ぎずのちょうどいい漬かり具合。それぞれの魚の風味がちゃんと感じられます。中でも鮭の金山寺味噌が一番。金山寺味噌を使った漬魚は初めてですが、なかなかいい味です。
ご飯も美味しくて味的には満足。お値段高めなのが難ですが、鮭の金山寺味噌単品の定食は980円なのでそちらにすればコスパ的にはもっといいかもしれません。
