店内は整理整頓が行き届いて清潔＆明るい印象
鰻、串等は目前の炭火で炙ってくれる
よく焼き加減と、タレの濃い〜ところが
ポイント高く
鰻の持つ本来の脂の旨みがよーく味わえる
関西風かと思いきや！聞けば蒸し焼きとの事だが、
表面カリッとふっくらジューシー
これはもはや鰻の照り焼きですっ！
久しぶりに美味しい鰻をたべたという
満足感♪
自家製の「生七味」もおいしかったなぁ♡
