2018年7月、大崎にオープンしたラーメン屋さんです。
「あの小宮って、どの小宮？」という反応を期待したかのような店名(笑)
「小宮」さんとは、有名なTETSUの創業者のお名前で、そのお弟子さんがリスペクトしてひらいたお店が「あの小宮」です。
都立大学に二店舗同時オープンして話題を呼びましたが、今度は大崎のガーデンシティ内に三店舗をオープン！
勢いに乗ってますね～。
ちなみに、小宮さんが誰なのかは店内に(パッと見)説明は無し(笑)
こちらはラーメンがメインですが、オフィスビルということもあり、定食もある程度やっているそうです。
もちろん、ラーメンをオーダー(味玉つき)。
食券を渡したら、番号で呼ばれるまで待ちます。
ちなみに返却もセルフスタイル。
程なくして呼ばれて提供です！
ビジュアルはシンプルな中華そば…というより、喜多方風ですね。
スープも節系がしっかりと効いていてとても美味しいです。
ずっと飲み続けていたいくらい、ほどよい塩梅。
麺は中太平打ちちぢれ麺。
もちっとした食感で、食べごたえもあります。
このスープにとても合っていて、これが普通の細ストレートだったら評価は全く異なってしまったかも。
それくらい良く合っています。
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ。
チャーシューはやや小さめにカットしたものが3枚、メンマも小さめのサイズです。
スープの際立ちに比べ、具材はオーソドックスな仕上がり。
トッピングの味玉は、中が程よいトロトロ感の半熟。
味付けも王道な感じです。
スープの魚介感が良くて、その印象がとても強い一杯でした。
もし自分の勤めるビルに入ってたら嬉しいでしょうね(笑)
