初めて行きました、なんでも平日は生卵とライスが食べ放題とか。ただし未確認情報ですのでご留意ください。
平日はいっぱいとのことですが、土曜日ですので空いていました。すべてがセルフサービスのお店です。
スープの匂いからして魚介系と分かりました。とても濃厚でしっかりとした出汁の味です。これが縮れの太麺とよく絡みます。見た目からとても素朴なラーメンといった感じですが、出汁など基本部分はしっかりと抑えているのでとても美味しかったです。
スープも最後まで美味しくいただきました。
