オフィスの1Fビルインのラーメン屋さん
本日は、オフィスへの出社DAYです。いつもなら、おにぎりを握って来るのですが、京都自宅よりオフィスへ直行しましたので、外食となりました。お昼時、テナントのお店、キッチンカーのお弁当屋さんも行列なので、昼時間せっせと資料確認のオフィスワークをこなして、1時過ぎ、食事することにしました。どこのお店もピーク過ぎで、のんびりした雰囲気。とりあえず、ラーメン屋さんと思い、「あの小宮」さんにお邪魔しました。定番メニュー不明のまま、燻製薫る味噌ら〜めんに。
仕上がり固めの麺、熱めのスープ、すでに満足です。シンプルなトッピング、焼豚、ネギ、玉ねぎのみじん切り、メンマもバランスよく。薫り高い味噌スープを思わず完飲いたしました。

社屋のあるビルインのコチラのお店は2回目の訪問です。前回は味噌ラーメンをいただきました。今回はメニューの一番最初にある「中華そば」をいただきました。ビルインのお店なのでランチタイムと帰りのちょい飲みが稼ぎ時なんですね。食券を購入して、カウンターに提出、給水機で水を汲んで着座して待ちます。
鶏、豚、魚介のバランスの良いスープ※メニューのコピーのままです。マイルドでアッサリ、旨みの効いたスープです。細麺にバラ肉の焼豚？、メンマ、刻みネギのトッピング、全体的にバランス良いラーメンです。
個人的には「フーフー」してラーメンを食べたい派なので、スープは温めだったのかまだ残念。熱めのスープ希望です。
