紅生姜天が食べたくて富士そばかな～、なんて思っていたけどこちらの「うちば」さんを見つけて行ってきました。
都立八潮高校にほぼ隣接してますね。
天ぷらは、紅生姜天と春菊天を選択。
この組合せは立食いならでは、老舗店にはあまり無いらしい。
天ぷらはサクサクでもちろん美味しかったです。
でも、蕎麦が美味しくて、びっくりです。
これが立食いで食べられるとは。
さすが手打ち、二八そばは風味、味、食感、良いです。
毎日でも食べられそうですね。
次回はおおもりそば食べたいです。
