仕事に行っていた妻よりお昼にLINEが来て、大井町で餃子を食べようとのこと。了解とLINE返し。すぐさま予約を入れることに。こちら当日でも食べログ予約ができるので助かった。
仕事を定時で終わらせ散歩がてら大井町まで歩いていき、JR大井町駅改札外で妻と合流。予約の時間にはまだ早いが念のためお店の場所をチェックがてら様子を見ることに。こちら平日は16時開店のようだが、まだ誰も客はいないようである。ご近所のお店も一通りチェックできるところはチェックして17時の防災無線がなったところで入店。予約していたことを告げると、まずはアルコール消毒してくださいと言われる。その後、テーブルはどこの席でもいいとのこと。入口近くがエアコンの風が当たるので涼しいよとのことで入って右手の丸テーブルを陣取ることに。
お店の方より初めてですかと聞かれ、はいと答えると一通りの説明を受けることに。こちらの売りはクラフトビールでこの日は、496と瀬戸内ヴァイツェンの2種類が飲めるとのこと。で、開店10か月記念で18時までなら、生ビール・ハイボール・サワーが一杯目10円でいただけるとのことで、それならと生ビールとハイボールを発注。なんと生ビールはハイネケンと個性を出しているところがいい。
お料理は全盛り餃子＠650円、パクチーサラダ＠580円、水餃子＠350円（ともに税抜き）をひとまず発注。まずは飲み物とお通しが届き早速乾杯です。お通しは、紅ショウガとかまぼこをあえたものだそう。ビールのグラスはそれほど大きくないのですぐになくなってしまい、お代わりはパクチー酎ハイ＠480円を発注。出てきてびっくりジョッキでパクチーを育ててます的な感じでインパクトありです。
手初めに全盛り餃子がやってきた。4種が2個づつ、個性がしっかりと違ったものである。まずはこれをいただいて気に入ったものを追加注文するのがいいかも。パクチーサラダは妻もおいしいと言っていたがドレッシングが味の秘密みたい。何とも言えぬおいしさである。これはくせになるかも。次は水餃子。ゆで汁に浮かんだ状態で出てくるのかと思ったら上がって皿に盛られた状態での提供。思っていたものとちょっと違ってました。味調整は醤油をかけて。
追加で、焼き餃子＠350円と山クラゲナムル＠420円と妻は烏龍茶をお代わり。焼き餃子は5個入りで、何もつけずともおいしくいただけるが、こちら特製のゴマソースをかけて食べるとまた味が違ってきます。試す価値あり。ナムルは山クラゲの触感良し、味付けもチョイ濃い目でお酒が進みます。
さらに追加でピーマン餃子＠380円（税抜き）を追加。出てきてびっくり。これもインパクトあります。生のピーマンが器となって出てくるとは、ちょっとびっくりです。餡と生のピーマンの触感が新し味わいとなる。
で、私はもう少しお店に貢献しようと、こちらオリジナルカクテル亞ッキーッラ＠500円（税抜き）という、テキーラベースのカクテルをいただいてみました。思いのほか癖もなく普通の飲めました。
こちらお店の雰囲気は台湾？っぽい感じでなんだかいい。早い時間にお邪魔したのでほかに客も来ることなくシェフが私たちの専属料理人みたいでした。
