父親の実家の大井町に顔を出した後
駅前でお店を検索 へぎそばが食べれる良さげな個室居酒屋を発見
早速訪問してきました。
店内は全席個室で清潔感のある店内
座敷は靴を脱いで座るタイプ
ボックスなどは靴をはいたまま
早速着席 ビールを注文 日本酒や焼酎も豊富なので
二杯目以降はそちらを注文しました。
まずお通しが美味い
お通しが美味しければ安心ですね。
・お造り盛り合わせ
こちらは5種盛りにしました。
マグロ カツオ 〆サバ カツオ ヒラマサ
なかなか鮮度の良いお刺身です。
特にマグロもなかなかの中トロ
薬味みずみずしく 美味しい
・赤豚の柚子胡椒焼き
これが美味かった
豚肉の旨味と柚子胡椒のピリ辛
日本酒に合います。良い味付け
・地鶏の唐揚げ
こちらは普通に美味しい
鶏肉にも癖がなく 重くない
・新潟名物栃尾揚げ 葱
新潟旅行で美味しかった名物
この油揚げ 主食ですよね。
ネギたっぷり これは是非注文してください。
・黒毛和牛のタタキ
和牛の香ばしさとポン酢が美味い
これもオススメの一つ
・焼きおにぎり ２つ
子供たちはお握りが食べたいとの事で・・・
半分もらいましたが カツオ節がかなり効いてる。
ゴマ油の風味も有り周りもパリパリ中はふっくらで美味かった。

やっと へぎ蕎麦 に会えました。
府中にあったお気に入りにお店が潰れてしまい
それ以来へぎそばを食べていなかった。
今回は更に海苔をトッピング 風味アップを期待
早速到着 生蕎麦なのでお早めに食べて下さいとの事
見るからに美味そうで もちろんすぐに食べます。
麺の表面はつるつる するっと入ります。
風味も最高 居酒屋ですがかなりレベルの高い蕎麦でした。
その他のポテトサラダや枝豆この辺もしっかりと作られていて
大変美味しかった。
大井町に来た時にはまたお伺いしたいお店です。
