本日は品川での仕事を終えて、大井町まで。
百名店レベルの有名店は少ないけれど、昔ながらの飲み屋が軒を連ねる場所が駅前にあります。行きたい店が17時オープンで15分ほど時間があり、せっかくなんで気になっていたビアバーに伺いました。17時前ということもあり、先客0。店主からの軽い挨拶でカウンターに着席。
アサヒスーパードライ、ピルスナーウルケルの専用ディスペンサーやカランが設置され、注ぎの技術で勝負するビアバーです。最初ウルケルにするつもりが、よく調べると新橋の"DRY DOCK"の姉妹店だそう…、そりゃ、スーパードライになるでしょ笑
・アサヒスーパードライ 680円/税込
→うん、旨い！キメの細かい泡、シャープでキリッと飲み応えのある喉越し。「日本一おいしいスーパードライを目指すビール屋」と宣言するだけのことはある。飲む価値あります、グッド。
・カキのメキシカンマリネ 580円/税込
→フードは頼まないつもりでしたが、やっぱり気になりオーダー。スパイシーなメキシカンソースに和えられたプリッと大粒の牡蠣が、相性良し。そのままでも美味しいですが、パリッと焼かれたバゲットと食べるとさらに美味い。これがこの価格で食べられるのは良心的です。

次があったので本当に15分程度でしたが、美味しいスーパードライにカキのおつまみと凝縮された時間でした。店主との会話が事務的なこと以外一切無かったので、ちょっと寂しかったかな。それ以外は良かったと思います。またここらを散策した際は、寄ってみることにします。
