大井町の東小路の一角（東小路ってのは、２ブロックあって。駅から見て、２ブロック目の角）。
ＯＰってのは、どういう意味なんだろうか。職人くらいの意味合いか。
夕方、まだ明るい時間に立ち寄ってみたのだが。
既に店内はいっぱいだったんで。外のカウンターで一杯だけ。
もともと、いまはなき新橋のキールズバーの流れを汲んでるがゆえ、アサヒのスーパードライ推し。
基本、シャープ注ぎってことみたい。そのシャープ注ぎってのは、「サーバからまず液体だけをグラスに入れて、その上に泡をのせる注ぎ方」ってことなんだそう。
ビールを注ぐのも、とても、丁寧。最後、冷水にグラスをぐっと浸して洗っていらっしゃってから供する手際も見事。
なかなかに美しくて、そして、旨い、って気がした。
こちらの店では、マルエフも置いていらっしゃるんで。でも、そっちは、やっぱ、「マツオ注ぎ」の方がって気がしなくもなく。
「サトウ注ぎ」、「マツオ注ぎ」等に対応していただけるか、どうかは不明。佐藤さんは、ドライ・ドック店長でいらっしゃったという過去はあるにしても、独立して、別会社だしなぁ。でも、ビアライゼは灘コロンビアの流れを汲んだ、東京のビア・バーの元祖と考えれば、「マツオ注ぎ」は、まだ、アリだったりすんのかなぁ。よう分からんけど。
２階ではあるけど、トイレも店内に備え付けられてるみたいなので、いちいち、共同便所に行かなくて済むってとこも、このロケーションで、ビア・バーを営まんとしていらっしゃるのであれば必須条件かとも思われる。小生は一杯で退散したんで、店のトイレを使うまでもなかったが。
狭くて、人気店なんで、お伺いするタイミングが、結構、難しいというか、大変そう。
でも、今回、とりあえず、一杯飲めただけでもよかったのかも。
