I found this shop on my way down James Hill to walk from Oimachi to Shinagawa. Apparently it's open 24 hours. Since it is a Gyoza / Dumpling bar, I ordered grilled Gyoza / Dumpling (300 yen excluding tax) and gomoku tanmen (580 yen excluding tax). Please note that the price is tax-excluded (the tax-included price is listed small). Then, for some reason, a plate that looked like an appetizer came out first. It was my fault for not checking, but it seemed like this was really an appetizer, and when I calculated it later, I found out that 300 yen (excluding tax) had been taken. This is the first time I've been to a restaurant that charges an appetizer fee even though I don't drink alcohol during the day. Gyoza / Dumpling has a chewy skin, but it's soggy and doesn't feel crispy at all. The Gomoku tanmen was more like Gomoku ankake than tanmen, and I liked that it had a variety of ingredients, but I was concerned about the unique aroma, so I left it alone. Regardless of the taste of the food, I am not satisfied with the cost.
