向日葵ように真っ直ぐピュアな味わいと甘さのコーヒーを、がコンセプト。
ほんとうにその通りで、コーヒーがとても美味しいカフェ。
オムライス ビーフシチューソース

コーヒー
酸味が強くないものを相談して、エクアドルのものにした。
時間が経つと変わる味わいも楽しんで、とのこと。
フルーティで、苦味を一切感じない。
甘みと風味が立ったコーヒー。
カップがオリジナルのようで、店名のロゴが入っていてかわいい。
飲み口がすぼまっているのは、香りを逃さないためか。
オムライス
玉子がとろとろでなめらか。
ビーフシチューソースはトマトの酸味が少し効いた旨みのあるソース。
玉子とソースが濃いので、中のご飯はすこぶる薄味。
スープ
トマトベースだったので、オムライスの味と少しかぶったか、クミンなどのハーブを使って爽やかに。
サラダ
ドレッシングも甘い感じで、酸っぱくない。
手作り感があって、ボリュームもあって満足。
私が食べ歩きをするようになったのは、カフェ巡りから。
いろいろなコンセプトがあり、それぞれ店主の気概、もしくは気負いのない抜け感が感じられて、その違いが楽しくて仕方なかった。
そんな初心を思い出させてくれる、気概を感じるお店だった。
