大井町の人気のカフェ。
品川に所用があり、こちらでランチをいただきました。
カウンターに通されました。
■オマール海老のビスクソースのグラタン
単品1,300円
飲み物セット 1,850円
「帆立、マッシュルームのラタトゥイユ、ビスククリーム、チーズ、卵を乗せ焼き上げました」
とあり。
クロックマダムかグラタンか選べるので、グラタンにしました。
単品でも、スープとサラダ付きとのことで、まずは単品でお願いしました。
供されると、「お熱いですので」と注意を促されましたが、それほど熱くない。
え？グラタンよ？アツアツやないの？
それと‥帆立はどこに入ってた？
卵も？ クロックマダムだけかね？
この書き方だと、グラタン・クロックマダム両方に入っとると思うが？
そして、これは（値段的に）仕方ないかもしれませんが、ビスククリーム ちょっと少なくない？
ボリュームはあります。
でも、最後にペンネが残る残念なことに。
グラタンですから、ソースはたっぷりお願いしたい。
あと。「サラダ」と言っても葉野菜が盛られたのみ。
量はありますがね。
平らな皿に山盛りですから食べづらいです。
落ちそうだった。
カフェってこんなものなんですかね。
あ、スープね、この日のスープは、何のスープかよくわからなかったですが、牛乳？入れてある？のが分離してる。
牛乳入れてから煮込み過ぎ、というか出来上がってから何度も火を入れるからこうなるんでしょうかね。
味に変わりはないけれど。
グラタンなら、酸味のあるミネストローネとかのほうが合うのでは？と思いましたが、スープは他のメニューと共通でしょうからそこまで組み合わせ考えられないですかね。
食後にやっぱりコーヒー飲みたくなり注文。（飲み物セットで1,850円になります）
メニューをよく見ましたが、フルーティなものがほとんどのような感じ？
私の好きな、酸味控えめ、苦みのある重めのコーヒーがどれかわからなかったので、好みをお伝えしてお願いしました。
出されたものは「ブラジルです」と。
やはり酸味が‥。フルーティよね、これも。
深煎りのコーヒーがメニューになかったし、置いている豆自体がほとんどフルーティなものなのでしょうね。
お店は狭く、「キャリーケースなど大きな荷物の方は入店お断り」となっています。
