2020/12下旬（水）、夕食に。
知らない間に、肉力屋さんが新しくオープンしていたので来てみました。大井町には大井町西口店もあって、そちらにはたまに行ったりしています。なので注文のパターンは同じなんですけどねｗ
17時半ぐらいの到着で先客は1組。2Fにも席があって、そっちは見ていないから分からないけど、たぶん全部テーブル席のお店です。椅子がペール缶になっていて、荷物が入れられるようになっていました。
注文第一陣は、とりあえずビールと、箸休め用の白菜キムチと牛ハラミ・牛マルチョウ。ここの肉はどれも美味しいんだけど、今日のハラミは良い部位で美味しいです。マルチョウも脂が甘くて良いですね。これらを独り占めできる一人ホルモンは最高です。私は、のんびりと１～２枚ずつ焼いて食べるので、人と来ると食べ負けちゃうんですよねｗ
そして、飲み物をホッピーセット黒に切り替えて、第二陣は豚に切り替えて、レバーとカシラです。レバーはプルプルと良く太っていて、焼くと良い感じに舌触りが滑らかになって美味しいです。脂肪肝ってこういうのを言うのかな？知らないから違っていたら豚さんごめんなさい。
カシラは隠し包丁が沢山入っていて、食べやすいし火も入りやすいです。こちらは味噌が付いて来ました。
最後にバイスサワーでクールダウンしてこの日は終了。この間お客さんは入って来ず、コロナ禍が響いている感じがしますね。
一般的な話をすると、焼肉屋さんって強力な排気ダクトが各席にあるから、飲食店の中では一番感染症が拡大しにくいお店だったりするんですけどね。もちろん今はマスク会食が基本になるんでしょうけど、私はいつも一人なのであまり関係ないか。
