日曜日の夜、大相撲観戦の後に初訪問
先々週あたりテレビでも紹介されていた。
ネットで予約していたのだが思ったより早めについたが
すんなり入れてもらえた。
一階はカウンター席、二階はテーブルでこの日は
二階のテーブルに案内された。
全部で三組。
本日はフルコース 7150円
内容は
薬膳テールスープ
極上赤身ホルモン３点盛り ユッケ、ハツ、ハラミ
本日の前菜の盛り合わせ ギアラのトマト煮、コンビーフ
本日のサラダ
ハツのロースト 80g
極上ハラミと季節野菜の塊グリル 80g
牛すじラグーのタリアテッレ
デザート
お酒はハートランド、白ワインボトル、赤グラス
私たち世代では丁度いい量だが
若いかには物足りないかもしれない。
全般的に無難の味付けだったが、ハラミのグリルは美味しかった。
パスタも美味しかった。
次回は
アラカルトで頼んだ方がいいかもしれない。
そういえばコースのサラダは小さすぎて野菜が足りてなった。
