「トムヤムクンと日替わり店主のBARちりバル 大井町店」。
1月下旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
こちら大崎の人気マレーシア料理店「ちりばり」の姉妹店だそうです。
一見さんにはハードル高めなディープな路地裏にあるディープそうなこちらのお店、
スナックの居抜き？と思ちゃう小ぢんまりとした店内はカウンター席が全5席の広さです。
奥には四足歩行じゃないと登れないような急な階段があり、どうやらお二階にはこたつ席も
あるようです。
お店はとても気さくで親しみ易い感じのマスター？お1人で切り盛りされておりました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューは店名に冠した「トムヤムクン」以外にタイ風一皿飯の「ラープガイ」と
「ベトナム式フォー」の全3種。
その中からこの日はやはり初入店なので看板メニュー
「トムヤムクン」(950円)
を注文。ライスか麺を選べるので麺でお願いしました。
また、麺は中華麺、フォー、ビーフンの３種類から選べるのでビーフンにしました。
さほど待つ事無くヌードルが上がりました。
マスターは盛り付けにこだわりがあるようで大分慎重に盛り付けてました。
「トムヤムクン」の具はムキエビ、鶏肉、しめじ、パクチーなどです。
レモングラスは香りつけなので食べなくて良いやつです。
早速いただいてみました♪
ムムム！このスープメチャクチャ旨い！(>_<)(>_<)(>_<) ｳﾏｯ!
日本で食べるトムヤムクンって、ただ酸っぱ辛い味を強調しているお味のお店が多いですが、
こちらのスープは旨味たっぷりでコクもあり、ほんと後を引くような美味しいスープです。
また、さほどとろみはないのですが、熱気が閉じ込められている感じで、最後まで熱々でした。
香りも良いし、先入観もありますがマレーシアのヌードル「ラクサ」のテイストも加わっている
感じで自分にはどストライクな思わず唸るようなスープでした。米麺もトムヤムに使うのは
珍しいですが、スープに良く絡んで美味しいですね。具は割とシンプル。ムキエビが大きめ
サイズで食感が良かったです (^^)
美味しいスープを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
恐らく常連さんで夜は貸切状態でしょうが、夜にもまた来てみたいと思うお店でした。
