I went to Cow tongue Iroha Hanare Mr./Ms. in Oimachi, Tokyo. It's a well-known restaurant in Cow tongue and has a lot of customers. This time, it is a table seat on the second floor. It was a tatami room and the table was small, so it was not comfortable, but the food was very delicious. I ordered Cow tongue fried chicken, which was very tender because it seemed to have been boiled once. Shallow pickling of edamame. This is also the first time I've eaten it, but it's quite easy to go. It doesn't look like pickles, but the moderate acidity goes well with edamame. The melted isobe fried has a strong aroma of aosa and goes well with mayonnaise. Cow tongue The skewers are also boiled, so they are soft. Stewed skewers limited to Hanare. This is normal.
