I went to Cow tongue Iroha Hanare Mr./Ms. in Oimachi, Tokyo. It's a well-known restaurant in Cow tongue and has a lot of customers. This time, it is a table seat on the second floor. It was a tatami room and the table was small, so it was not comfortable, but the food was very delicious. I ordered Cow tongue fried chicken, which was very tender because it seemed to have been boiled once. Shallow pickling of edamame.
