4/25移転OP！
アクセスが良くなりました(^^)
といっても初めて伺うお店で移転前のお店をBMしていたところ、移転を知りツイッターを確認して本日に至ります。
ご挨拶があり定時開店。
本日の注文
・上ロースとんかつ定食 2200円
特上が気になりましたが250gは食べ切る自信がなかったので止めておきました。
20分で着豚。
揚油は購入した豚さんの脂肪を利用してラードを作っている拘りよう。
ラードの嫌な臭いもなく、カラッと揚がった衣に拘りの結果が出ていると思いました。
お肉は弾力があり、しっかりとしていますが柔らかく、赤身も美味しいくいただけます。
調味料はソース、塩、醤油、カラシ、柚子胡椒（多分です）があり、脂身の量に応じて使い分けました。
他店ではない紅生姜を香物に使うのは面白いですね。
全体的に良い店だと思いますが、女性目線のサービスや気配りがあると更に良くなるように思いました。
