大井町にはお気に入りのとんかつや丸八がありますが、
新店が登場したのでチャレンジです。
たしかカジュアル鉄板焼きのお店だったと記憶して
いますが、居抜きっぽいです。
メニューには2000円台の手頃価格から
ブランド豚使用の一万円超えるとんかつ
までバリエーション豊富です。
上ヒレとんかつに単品で海老フライを追加しました。
とんかつの肉そのものは美味しいのですが、
皿に直おきなので少し衣がべちゃっとして
しまうことと、
衣のつきが甘く、はがれやすいです。
片面だけでもパン粉2度つけ、皿に直おき
ではなく、網の上に乗せるなど工夫があると
もっと美味しくなれそうです。
海老フライは太く長くおいしくいただきました。
5000円超えのブランド豚とんかつの注文は
衣問題が改善された後にしたいと思います。
