March 2024 When I was in Nishi-Koyama, I used to go there often before it became a tonkatsu specialty store, but it was my first time trying it after it moved. Special fillet cutlet (Chateaubriand). First, taste it with just a little salt. Soft and juicy! After that, I added the sauce and combined it with the rice, and a moment of bliss arrived - it was delicious!
