この近くでテニスをやった後、お昼ご飯を食べようと思いウロウロと。新しくラーメン屋さんがオープンしてるの見つけました。以前は確か家系のラーメン屋さんだったような覚えがありますが間違っていたらすみません。
チャーシュー麺に煮卵と九條ネギを追加しました。チャーシューは低温調理をされており、柔らかくて味わい深いと思いましたが、しばらくするとラーメンのスープで温められて変わっていく感じがしました。
あまり食べたことがないタイプのラーメンで、なかなか良かったと思います。
