結婚記念日のディナーを食べに行きました。
以前ランチを食べてとてもおいしかったので、今回はどんな料理が出てくるのか楽しみにしていました。
一品目は冷たい前菜で、ナスのカプレーゼでした。ナスはあまり食べませんがおいしかったです。
二品目はカリフラワーのポタージュ、三品目はトリュフのハンバーグでした。ここまでは前菜とのことでしたが、前菜でハンバーグが出てくるとは思わずびっくりしました。少し粗挽きのお肉がジューシーでした。
パスタ料理は自家製麺の牛ボロネーゼで、麺がむちむちでした。
メインの魚料理は真鯛とアサリのアクアパッツァで、これが出汁がたっぷり出ていて一番印象的でした。
メインの肉料理はランプのステーキでした。肉肉しくておいしかったです。
デザートはピスタチオのカタラーナで、口の中に香りが広がってこれもおいしかったです。
また行きたいと思います。
