オープン前から話題となっていました。
ラーメン二郎町田店でかつて店主だった影島店主。
そしてのスタの店主がオープンをサポートしたとのこと。期待が高まります。
平日の13時で並びが10名ほど。
既に人気店。男女問わず並ばれています。
すごい。
ただ並び列は回転が速い。流石立ち食いだけあります。しかも単一メニュー。
今回は淡麗でした。
結論、メチャクチャ美味しいです。
淡麗ですが凝縮した旨み。
豚の食べ応えはG系をそのまま持ってきたよう。
ガツンとしたいりこの味は一度食べてほしい味です。
プリプリの玉子麺との相性も絶妙です。
