大井町のラーメン屋。
のスた系列と聞いて何となく二郎とかのこってり系をイメージしてたけど全然違う。
むしろ、がんこ系、な感じ。
中太麺のぴろぴろ卵麺に、スープは王道の醤油&煮干しで、背脂。
これは美味い…
のスたもそうだけど、本家を超えないのが良いのか悪いのか。
なんか大井町だからやっていけるというか…
二郎でもいいし、がんこでもいいから、はっきりして欲しい。。
中途半端すぎて記憶がない…
