大井町の凄さに触れた夜の締めの一杯

平子煮干し中華を注文
大して調べもせずに行ってしまったが大山の系列とのことで
色々と内情を伺う
そして到着した一杯
スープを一口
煮干しの味はもちろん強いのだがバランスが絶妙
それに合わせる中太麺はまさかのツルモチタイプなのだが
これもまた絶妙な風合い
菅野製麺所とのことで本来であればつけ麺で使われるような麺のはず
これが不思議とマッチする
チャーシューはおそらくモモだが脂身も適度にあって味付けも良し
最後まで美味しく頂ける一杯に感謝
願わくば23時くらいまでやってほしいがお店の方針なので仕方ないか、、、
総じて大変美味しくすすれました！
