【冷やしいりこ】
冷やしが始まったとのことでこちらへ あの煮干しスープは冷やしたらまた格別なハズ
う〜ん、案の定美味しい
ちょっとショッパ系ですが、清湯煮干しスープって冷やすと神の如き美味しさに溢れます 個人的好みもあるんでしょうが
で、これは冷やし中華を意識されているのか酸味も加わっていますが、少し酸味多いかな これまた個人々々で好み変わります
ツルシコ麺がこのスープをより美味しいものに加速させています 唇への食感や舌触りも含めて実にイイ出来だと思います
メンマや油揚げもこの１杯を盛り上げていますね
