ビッグサイトに行く用事があり、乗り換えの大井町駅近くを検索して見つけたお店。
人がようやくすれ違えるくらいの細い路地にある小さなお店。
店頭には本日の煮干しの産地が掲示してある。
Lの字型のカウンターは詰めても5人がようやく立て、腹をへこませてようやく後ろを人が通れるくらいの幅しかない。
メニューは煮干しラーメンの淡麗、濃厚（品切れ）、冷やしとご飯、トッピング。
初訪問だったので、デフォのラーメン950円を。
麺は平打ちか手もみか選べる。
麺は菅野製麺のもので、通常より黄みがかっているように見える。
デフォでもチャーシューが2枚、なると、メンマがトッピング。
さらに、今だけかもしれないけどおろし生姜がサービス。
チャーシューは肩かな。肉がぎゅっとしていて美味しい。
そして何よりスープ。
煮干し好きにはたまらない香りと甘み。
手もみの麺とよく絡んで最高。
いつの間にこんなお店ができたんだろう？
個人店ではなさそうだし、今後の展開に期待。
