日曜日の11時15分に入店、4割くらいの客入り。目当ての店が休業だったので、駐車場の近場でこちらへ。休日ランチメニューから焼肉ランチ1,200円を注文。テーブルには七輪で炭に火がついていて暑い(-｡-; なんと2分で提供、サシが入った上質なお肉です^ ^
いただきます。炭火焼きで3枚ずつ焼いていきます。焼いている間にサラダを一気に食べます。これは業務用のキャベツ千切りです。どこでも味わえる^^; 肉が焼けました。タレにつけて食べると柔らかくてとろけちゃう！脂身がまいう♪ 合間にキムチ、ガツガツ食べ進めます。
辛味調味料やニンニクは無いです。タレに浸けた後にキムチの残り汁を絡めて食べたらなかなか良い感じ。ご飯にもよく合うのでもっともっと食べたい！しかしこの後大事な予定があるので終わりとさせていただきます。腹7分目くらいかな？
老舗肉問屋直営店ということで、味わい深くまいうな焼肉屋さんでした^ ^
