大森銀座商店街アーケード内。
ランチメニューが豊富なお蕎麦屋さん。
『柏庵（ハクアン）』
ずーっと気になっていたんですよね。
「石垣島生マグロ」って。
「鮪カツ定食」
三崎でもいろんなお店を食べ歩きましたね。
鯉じゃなくて、金魚かなぁ？
お店に入ってすぐのところに、鮪の頭と尾が飾ってありましたよ。
メインダイニングのテーブル席は満席で、
一番奥のカウンター席へ案内されました。
結構、広いお店です。
「せいろ2枚」が650円。
定食物もリーズナブルで。
■石垣島生まぐろ丼800円
味噌汁を冷たい蕎麦へ変更して100円プラスで900円
石垣島直送生黄肌鮪 23kg。
程よい酸味、もちっとした食感。
みずみずしくて、美味しい赤身。
最初の一切れ目は、そのままで味見をして。
2切れ目以降は、わさび醤油につけて、
酸抑え目の酢飯に乗せて一緒に。
うま～～い！！
お米も美味しい！！
茨城県産のこしひかり。
夏らしい～味。
蕎麦は、冷たいので。
長野県蓼科産の蕎麦粉を使った平細切り。
風味が良く、つゆは優しい味。
切り昆布と胡麻で和えた、きゅうりのお新香。
いやぁ～、美味しかった。
近いうちに、「鮪カツ定食」を食べに行こう～っと。。

大森銀座商店街「Milpa（ミルパ）」内。
リーズナブルなランチメニューが豊富なお蕎麦屋さん。
『柏庵（ハクアン）』
前回は、一番奥のカウンター席でしたが、
今回はメインダイニングのテーブル席へ案内されて。
■せいろ（2枚） 650円
なんと！！
鮭とほうれん草の混ぜごはん付きでしたよ。
せいろは、1枚あたりの盛り具合はさほど多くはないけど、
2枚で丁度良い量なのかもしれませんね。
舌触りの良い細切りの蕎麦。
硬茹でで噛み応え良く、まずまずの美味しさ。
濃口のつゆ。
1枚目の半分ぐらいはそのままで。
残りの半分はつゆにちょんとつけて。
2枚目は、つゆに刻みねぎを入れて。
〆はデフォルトで用意された蕎麦湯を。
サラッとしてて濃度は控えめでした。
これで650円はナイスCPです。
今週のランチで表記されていた、「クリスマスチキン定食」って・・・？？
