紀州備長炭で焼く焼鳥が自慢。 |
平日のランチタイムに伺いました。
コアタイム前でしたが先客が2人おりました。
注文はミニ鳥丼&ミニカレーのセット。
レビュアさんのコメントを拝見してカレーは外せない。しかし焼鳥も食べたいということでセットメニュを注文です。
注文から5分強でミニ鳥丼とミニカレーが出てきました。
ミニ鳥丼の上には沢山の海苔が（≧∇≦）
海苔の産地だった大森だからでしょうか、海苔で鶏肉が見えません(^^)
海苔の下にある鶏肉は予想に反してあっさり醤油タレ。
ごはんのおかずにしては少々物足りない味かな。
ミニカレーは見た目普通のカレー。
一口食べるととてもスパイシー。
辛味も感じましたが酸味が強かった( ◠‿◠ )
一緒に出てきたスープですが鶏ダシが効いていて絶品。
玉子閉じだから親子スープかな(^ ^)
自家製のお新香も美味しかった。
きゅうり、大根、白菜と具沢山でした。
次回はもっと焼き鳥の味を楽しみたいです。
